We all have a spiritual nature to our being, it could be a specific faith or belief or causes we are passionate about – our whole self comes to work and that includes our identify and how we connect to each other and the World.

Workplace Chaplains respect the individual. A Chaplain offers an impatial, independent listening ear – a ‘safe space’ that is confidential, which is so important in workplace settings when employees may feel their worries cannot be shared with colleagues or HR.
